Delivery Information

Please note that on some rare occasions, deliveries may be outside of these times due to unforeseen circumstances. You will receive a tracking number in your dispatch email from us to stay up to date with your parcels journey.

All orders are sent via Hermes/Evri with some exceptions being sent via Royal Mail. 


Delivery Delays
If you have not received your order and it has been 5 working days or more since dispatch or your tracking information has not updated for more than 48 hours please contact us straight away. We will report this to Hermes/Evri immediately so that they can look into this and get your parcel delivered as soon as possible. We will keep you updated with the information we receive from Hermes/Evri until your parcel is delivered.

One some rare occasions the tracking information doesn't updated straight away especially in peek trading times but the parcel is still on its way to you. If we are advised by Hermes/Evri that the parcel is lost, we will either send replacements or you will be issued a full refund. 


Damaged Items
If an item arrives damaged please email us immediately with photos of the damaged item as well as the box it was delivered in. Once we have received this we will arrange for a replacement to be sent out as soon as possible or a refund will be processed if the item is out of stock.


If you would like to return or exchange any items you have purchased, please email us for a returns address. Refunds and exchanges can be requested within 30 days of you receiving your goods. Please note all items must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in a resalable condition. Please note the return delivery charge will not be refunded.

You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed and it will reach your account within 10 working day. 


Order Cancellations
If you would like to cancel your order please send an email request. 

If your order has not yet been dispatched we will stop processing your order and arrange a refund. If your order has already been dispatched you will need to send the item back at your own expense. Once the goods are delivered back to us we will process a refund. 


Discount Codes
If you have a discount code to use on our website, please enter this in the box provided on the last page of the checkout before you enter your payment details. Please note only one discount code can be used at a time and are not valid on sale or imperfect items. If you have any issues with your discount code, please do get in touch.


If you place an order that includes a pre-order item your parcel will not be dispatched until all your items are available. If 
you want to receive your items that are in-stock straight away, please place a separate order for in-stock and pre-order items. If you place an order for a pre-order item please take note of the due date which can be found in the first line of the product description.


Personalised Items
To have your item personalised simply select the personalised option on the product page and leave your details in the notes section at the checkout or send this on an email. Each product will have details in the description outlining the type of personalising options that are available for that particular product. 
If you have any questions or other personalising requests please do get in touch. Please allow up to 5 working days for personalised items to be dispatched.
